Let’s start by saying , these guys understand my core principles- “ service above self “ .. “ I’m a customer first .” Bought the grille for our @ors246 Demo 4th Gen 4 runner and was over the moon pleased when it arrived … Ffwd to 2 years later the middle marker led was blown , I reached out to purchase a new one they sent 2 new ones at no cost … Like I’m still stunned and most people truly don’t deliver quality service, especially after sales service ..
